RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and perform work according to dental prescription.

  • Degas, opaque, build up, cut back, shape, stain & glaze, clean & polish fixed dental prostheses.

  • Verify and analyze patient’s prostheses, match the shape and color of natural teeth.

  • Must know and be proficient in fabrication of variety of dental product such as PFMs, e.max, porcelain, zirconia, and implant restorations.

  • Be able to modify, repair, and adjust all kind of fixed dental restorations.

  • Be able to use dental tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

  • Knowledge in dental terminology and names in today’s new age materials & technologies

  • Be able to communicate freely on technical level

  • Identify, explain, and resolve technical challenges of that specific case

  • Follow company’s rules and policies

NON NEGOTIATABLE PRODUCTION EXPECTATIONS:
  • Benchmark for porcelain: Complete is 10-12 units (to build up, finish, stain and glaze) may be asked to
         opaque if time permits per day.
  • Benchmark for Full Zirconia: Complete is 20 units per day.
  • Benchmark for Full Zirconia: Contour is 30 units a day.
  • Benchmark for full zirconia: Stain and glaze is 50 units a day.
Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind the work assignments of different positions.

EXPERIECE
  • Ceramist candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience

  • Must have knowledge and be able to handle Anterior and Posterior cases

  • Knowledge of full mouth and implant restorations is a plus

  • Strong fine motor skills.

  • Steady arm-hand coordination.

  • Great finger dexterity to grasp and manipulate small objects.

  • Ability to see fine details at close range.
