How did Dentalworkers.com begin?
A: Cathy Price RDH, BS decided to bridge the communication gap between doctors who couldn’t find good workers for their office and skilled dental workers who couldn’t find a job.

What is the success rate of Dentalworkers.com?
A: We guarantee that employers will be able to view resumes of candidates for the position they want to staff. Therefore, the success rate is 100%. Whether or not the employer hires someone is based on factors outside our control and particular to each employer/worker. We do not track whether or not an employee was hired.

What is the average time to fill a position on Dentalworkers.com?
A: An employer can view resumes immediately. The rest of the employment process is determined by them. Often employers tell us that the time to find an employee for their office is cut in half. Many find who they are looking for in a day.

How current are the resumes on Dentalworkers.com?
A: We receive new resumes and updated resumes daily. After a resume has been in place for 30 days, We send a weekly e-mail reminding workers to update their resumes until they do so. Resume searches are sorted by the date that the resume was published/updated, so the most current resumes are at the top of the list.

How does Dentalworkers.com attract skilled workers?
A: We are affiliated and or linked with many organizations—the American Dental Assistants Association, the American Student Dental Association, the Dental Assisting National Board, the American Association of Women Dentists, the Hispanic Association, the American Association of Cosmetic Dentists, the Amy RDH and the Warschaw Learning Institute for Front Desk Training.
